I'm Chuck Southerland, owner of Southerland Custom Builders, and I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every project. Southerland Custom Builders was founded in 1981 by Charles M. Southerland. Chuck attended The University Of Akron where he earned a BA in Civil Engineering in 1986. Since then, SCB has grown to become one of the premier builders of custom homes, remodels and additions in Northeast Ohio. Many of our homes have been featured in Northern Ohio Live and other local publications. Chuck takes great pride in providing professional services, quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing.
